Remember the joy of movement, the feeling of ease in your body?

Our Chair Yoga class is designed to help you rediscover that feeling. We understand that life can sometimes limit our mobility, but that doesn't mean we have to stop moving. In our class, you'll find a safe and supportive space to gently improve your strength and flexibility.

Imagine the relief of managing pain and stress, the joy of connecting with others, and the feeling of working with your body, not against it.

This class is for everyone, especially those who find traditional exercise challenging. Chairs are provided, just bring a blanket and wear something comfortable. Let's move together.
